Cleaning...
Hey guys, quick question. I've noticed that when I perform the clean on heavier weights, I tend to "catch" the bar with my elboms pointing almost totally down.. is this a bad thing? I've noticed that when i move my arms into the supposedly correct clean postion (elbows facing forward) It's hard for me to do- feels like my "bicep is getting in the way" of having my hands and the bar over my shoulders with my elbows out.. How can i correct this?
