I have been working out….not constantly, not on any sort of plan and I just haven’t bothered posting.

Deadlift:

Back squat:

Press:

Finally decided to get serious and start back on a linear progression after that work out.

Going to keep at the LP for a bit. Also, I think I will be joining back up at a box in the near future, so I am going to try and work more CrossFit-y stuff into my workouts until then
