You may want to see a doctor. One of my clients always felt like puking after a workout that I put him through. We've been working together for about a month now so it didn't make sense that he was still getting nauseous and dizzy during/after our workouts. It turns out he has some condition with his heart that prevents his heart rate to decrease slowly. In other words, once he stops working, his heart rate drops drastically.
I don't know if he has to take medication, but he does drink a diet coke during the workout, and I force him to slowly recover his HR on a treadmill after each session. He did tell me though that it isn't a serious condition. Also, the doc told him that nothing bad will ever happen to him if he continues to workout other than feeling like he is going to puke.
