In response to your posts, I have tried every variety of food and water combinations as you could imagine in my 12 or so years of sports and working out. It even happened when I wrestled after eating basically no food for several days to make weight.
I don't get motion sick. I've wondered if it is some kind of defense mechanism thing, when runs or workouts get pretty difficult. I've thought about going to see a doctor about it, but I'm afraid they will just tell me not to work out so hard. That isn't going to cut it.
