Pukey the Clown
I have a question about Pukey. I puke or near puke on every single metcon workout. Is that normal? I don't mind it, because I've always been a puker on intense workouts, but most often I work out at a commercial gym, and I get enough weird looks/interference as it is without puking on the rowing machine/squat rack/plyo boxes. I find myself having to stop and collect myself so I don't blow chunks, and that messes with my time and my ability to train my body to push through the pain. Does this go away over time in the system, or will it continue as I my fitness improves, and I continually attempt new PRs?
