90 Front Squats 60/40
80 S-t-O 60/40
70 Pullups
80 Single-Leg Deadlift 60/40
90 Wallballs
100 D.U.

One partner does maxrep, each time you switch you do:
5 Partner Target Burpee
3 Over-Under Partner

(This one was pretty slow and boring, but still very good. You really pushed yourself)
