If your gym has Dumbells or Kettlebells just use two of them and hold them where the rings would be. Extend one to the right, pull it back in, extend the other to the left, pull it back in. Easy to scale by just changing the weight of the Dumbells. It's going to be a little harder than the rings since you can't utilize a false grip to shorten the lever, but it should provide a similar stimulus.
