First phase will be no sweating as you do not want an infection and skin bacteria can travel in the moisture, then there will be PT and protecting it for 2 to 3 months with strengthening it. typically 4 to 5 months for strong maneuvers, but you can stay fit with one armed stuff and lower body exercises. I have had people sled pull warpped around other shoulder, 1 armed kettlebells, one armed rowing etc.
