I guess if you have zero knee flexion then maybe we are talking about shrugs (still a pretty good exercise). If you have 10 or 20 degrees that should suffice for a partial, starting the bar just above your slightly flexed knee (a power rack is great for this).

It also occurs to me that I read somewhere recently the suggestion of using a rower with your injured leg off to the side, sliding on a smooth surface.
