Hey everyone, just wanted to start off by saying hey and it's great to be here. Very new to the crossfit thing, but I've been loving it every minute that I do it. Far better then the bodybuilding stuff I used to do, but anyways, no sooner that I started doing this stuff I ended up tearing something in my knee playing football(find out this Thursday), and so I can't do most of the exercises for the WODs. I just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to alternate exercises I could do besides pushups, pullups, and handstand pushups because since I can't bend my left knee almost at all, I'm pretty limited to what I can do. I understand I may just have to wait it out until my knee gets better, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask.
