Yesterday's Workout
In a race setting, 2 people carried the sandbag up a hill then turned and run a 100 meters to a cone. Women would then carry 25# and men 45# overhead for a 100 foot walking lunge. At the next cone they would sprint another 100 meter and do either 25 or 50 push ups. They would sprint 60 meters and do 50 squats. Finally, they would sprint 200 meters and do 25 burpees. They finished by sprinting the remaining 200m in.
