I usually eat about one less meal (the post workout shake, for obvious reasons), but make up for it a little bit in the other meals. So I probably eat little bit less, but not much, and the food that I eat on non WOD days is more proteins and fats as compared to carbs on WOD days.
Did I read right that you said you ate Breakfast around 7:30, and then didn't eat again until 3? IMHO, if that is true, I would recommend not going 8 hrs without eating unless it's when you're sleeping. That would be a surefire way to get hungry!
