If I have a single day off I do not lower my food intake. That being said I feel my intake is pretty dialed in.

If I am not even sure I would if I was off for less than a week, but I do not want to lean out anymore than I am.

I think the bigger question is where your diet and body are at compared to your weight goals? Are you trying to gain muscle if so definitely don't cut back on off days. Do you still have a few to lose? Maybe you should re-evaluate whether your block count is high...
