Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press

Current Bodyweight 205 lbs. - Loaded 205 lbs. and did 1 rep and realized I would be scaling. Looking at my final numbers I should have scaled more.

Scaled BP to 185 lbs.
(rested approx. 10 sec. between BP & PU, rested approx.5 min. between each round)

Round 1 - 5BP 11PU
Round 2 - 6BP 7PU
Round 3 - 5BP 6PU
Round 4 - 4BP 6PU
Round 5 - 4BP 6PU
