averaged 150m per 30 seconds.

In honor of the blizzard currently thrashing Cleveland, here are a few pictures of a particularly cold morning in the Shed 'O Pain.
Yes, that is "Frost on the Kettle Bells", which is the name of one particularly heinous workout.

You can see some of the holds for the bouldering wall in the background. More climbing pictures to follow...
