You'll usually find me in C9 gym shorts (I buy them for $5 to $8 on clearance at Target), a t-shirt and whatever shoes are appropriate for the workout. I have Adidas Powerlift 2.0 shoes for days that I squat or do Olympic lifting, NB Minimus shoes for most everything else and Acics Japan Lightning sprint spikes if I'm doing sprints on a track or on grass.
No wraps, belts, compression wear, or specialty accessories other than shoes. I'm sure some of those fancy items work great, but I've never tried them and probably won't unless I develop a specific need to (such as recovering from injury). When it comes to the latest and greatest gear, ignorance is bliss
