CF Warm-up x3
An easy day of fooling around on the rings. I can hold a decent frontlever for a couple seconds, a tucked back lever, a full skin the cat to inverted hang and an l-sit.
No strict muscle-up yet, though.

12 DL, 165lbs.
Not a bad workout. I went with 165lb DL because of ease of loading factors. (I only have 25 and 35 pound bumper plates)
