Took yesterday off due to lower back soreness from the deadlifts. I better pay attention to my form better next time.

Today's workout at Triad Park was done around the volleyball courts in the sand.

Run 1 lap (480') with 50 lbs. sandbag
Run 1 lap (480') without sandbag
Walking lunges for 150'
Run 330' back to beginning
Burpee Broadjump 150'
Run 330' back to beginning
Run 150' dragging tire forwards
Run 150' dragging tire backwards
Run 1 lap (480')

My time was just over 10 minutes
Good workout - The burpee broadjumps were the worst part
