I am a new member and finished the 12/01/05 wod...was difficult going as I was not quite sure of the correct progression...are you suppose to do one round, i.e., overhead squat, back squat and front squat straight through without a rest...then rest 2-3 minutes and then go to round 3?

Also, my 10 year old niece is now doing the wod's with me and not quite sure if I should let her do the as posted wod...any recomendations?
