Limited Equipment : Workouts
Looking for some information, reference material and general direction as to where to find workouts that I can do in my home using basic equipment. I've got myself the stuff listed below and I am working on grabbing a wallmounted squat rack from Rogue here very shortly.
I am looking to do functional stuff and add some intensity to my workouts.
45lb Barbell w/ 160lbs of plates
Pull Up Bar (however I cannot do a pull up...yet.)
