Re: Crossfit Open 2016
Here are some things I think we could see in the 2016 Open:
A 2 part wod with a strength component after a metcon.
Bar muscle ups.
A wod with muscle ups at the beginning, but with less reps than last year's 7 MU, 50 WB, 90 DU so that athletes will be able to do 5-8 rounds, rather than 2-4 rounds.
Burpees. Maybe even box jump burpees.
Ascending weights on OHS. Maybe coupled with ascending reps on TTB
HSPU - same standards as last year
16.5: a truly painful workout, like 14.5 (thrusters and bar facing burpees) and 15.5 (rowing and thrusters).
