Hey Eric, ill do some research on those programs you mentioned.

In terms of numbers

245# 1 rm DL
215# 1 rm Backsquat
185# 1 rm power clean
100# 5 rm shoulder press or 110# 1 rm
I can do in the area of 8-10 strict deadhang pull ups

I go to my University gym, Everything is there, oly lifting platforms and basically everything.

I am able to do 2-3/week strength sessions.
