Hello everyone: It's been a long time since I posted. But I've made some progress so I thought I'd share here:
I started Crossfit the week of Halloween this year. So it's been 2 months, of about 3 workouts per week. No major changes to diet (I haven't gone Paleo or anything).
Bust: Lost 1 inch
Hips: Lost 2 inches
That was in one month
My dead lift is up to 125lbs.
Weight hasn't changed much; I actually gained a couple pounds when I started, I figured it was muscle. I started off at 292 and today I weighed 287 at 5 foot 11 inches tall.
So, that's my brag
My sister is coming to visit over Christmas and she goes to CF 5 days a week in Georgia, so this may be a chance to up my game and go with her.
