WOD Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps):
5 Rounds of 3 Minutes on 1 Minute off
3 Power Snatches (75#)
9 Air Squats
Rounds + Reps: 13 + 2
Notes: RX poundage was 135 lbs. I've only done snatches a few times, so I wasn't sure what weight to use. My form improved over the workout. I bumped the weight to 85 lbs for the last set, which was doable.
