Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
5,5,5,5,4 total 24 rounds. Not too bad for the first time. Might be able to do 2-3 more rounds with some motivation from a partner. In the almost 6 months in cross fit I have not done the same workout two times. Would be interested in doing the same workout as 5 months ago just to see the progress.
