Starting back after one year off
I would like to get back into fitness/healthy eating after a one year break. I have gained about 12lbs (130 to 142pls), and I'm definitely out of shape. I trained for 8 years, only taking 2 x 3 week breaks after going birth. Obviously, I'm sure it was burn-out. I'm wondering if anyone can guide me with ideas to get back into it, without burning out again. There are no boxes near me, but I do own most of the equipment. We are rural and have a full supply of game meat for the winter.
