Continue working on Oly lifts (specifically jerks and snatches), work on muscle ups (stringing together ring MU's, and getting the elusive bar MU), HSPUs, C to B's, TTB's and Pistols, and work on the engine and mental toughness. PL movements are OK (especially my DL and Squat) in relation to my Oly lifts.
