If you struggle with squats due to a lack of strength, then talk to your coach at the box about helping you put together a strength training cycle to improve them.

If you struggle with squats due to a lack of proper technique, then have a coach assess what you are doing and help you improve it.

If you lack the flexibility or mobility for squatting, then you have to work really hard at improving that area.

Since you have the benefit of training in a box, take advantage of the coaches there. If you go about trying to fix it without first identifying what is wrong, you could be in for a long and painful journey.
