What are the problems you are having with your squats?
You can do them for 10 hours or 100 hours extra a week but it won't help you solve the problem.
Or do you know what the problem/s is/are and you want to take the time to fix them?
Or is this just about being over trained or not?
There is a difference in what reply you will get and based on that, it is easier to say *yes* or *no* or if you should do it another way.
