I agree. So with that....

Mon: snatch/squat (back or fs)
Tues: clean & jerk/press(bench or overhead)
Wed: rest
Thurs: snatch/squat (back or fs)
Fri: clean & jerk/press(bench or overhead)
Sat: deadlift/bent over rows
Sun: rest

3 days met cons
