10 ring push ups
Only did ring push ups for round 1. After starting round 2 I could only get one at a time, so decided to switch to regular push ups. This one was hard for me. Push ups were very broken and thrusters were unbroken the first round, but then in sets of 5 after that.
Good looking workout! Those ring push ups get really hard, really fast! I tried it the other day and switched to parallettes after the first round.
