I had problems getting the bar to make contact (scoop) with my hips forcing me to muscle snatch the bar. I found out my hips and accessory muscles were weak. I also widened my grip about 1" total. My bar placement is a bit far from my shins. Clean and Snatch.
Has changed my oly and made it more efficient and I am better now. Accuracy has increased.
