Took a couple day break. It was a crazy weekend and I had a mid term this morning. Felt good to move some weight again today.

That felt great. Honestly the 380 was almost a little easy. I had a few more reps in there if I really dug for it.

16:30. Not too bad. The weights I used were metal so I never dropped the clean and jerks. That definitely added a fun element to it.
