Iím back!

Got into cycling and triathlons. Now Iím doing a hybrid cycling and Crossfit workout. Down to 175 lbs (was 199 then 167 thanks to Keto). Time to get moving. 3 will be here soon!

15 minute amrap
5 pull ups (115 lb lat pulldowns)
10 push-ups
15 air squats

10 rounds
