Been a while...

Still been stretching, mixing in ROMWOD with gymnastics bodies...I hate rowing so much that I've been using it in mini wods about once a week.

Still run a mile once a week, do 300 or death by double unders and a 10 min bike once per week as well.

Last few mini wods were..
