Yesterday I swam 14 lengths of the pool (350m) as I start to prepare for a few triathlons I am going to do this summer! Pretty excited. I spent 30 minutes or so doing drills and working on my technique.

That night I went back to the gym and did 30 minutes on the bike at level 8.

Today I did:

Push Press
45 x 10
65 x 5
85 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 5
125 x 5

Power Cleans
85 x 3
105 x 3
115 x 3
135 x 2
155 x 2
165 x 1

Bench Press
10 regular grip, 10 close grip @ 45 lbs.
8 regular grip, 8 close grip @ 65 lbs.
6, 6 @ 85 lbs.
4, 4 @ 105 lbs.
2, 1 @ 115 lbs.
I got pinned on my last rep!! hahahaha it was so pitiful, my tri's were shot and I had no energy left, some nice guy helped and tried to act like it wasn't embarrassing!

Finished with 25 minutes on the bike.
