This is slightly off topic, but to say that 5x5 squats and lunges followed by plyos is working out your legs is an understatement on par with saying that Neil Armstrong was a pilot. I think a more appropriate way of phrasing you opening line would read something like "so I'm at a big box gym today bent on totally annihilating every muscle fiber in my legs" or something like that.
