I get 6.5 to 8 hours during the week, up to 10 on the weekend.
I turn off the TV at 8:30 and read until I fall asleep around 9:30. I set my alarm for 6 AM during the week, but it never goes off before I wake up, so I feel like I'm getting enough sleep.
Odd that I can sleep longer on the weekends, even though I wake up on my own during the week. I guess the underlying stress of having to get up and get ready for work wakes me up that little bit earlier during the week.
