It seems like when I run and do double unders my feet are feeling too heavy. I get almost no bounce in my step or jump. I watch the other athletes on these movements and they seem to get more recoil from their feet. I realize this sounds like old guy paranoia.
But I want to do what I can to fix it, if anything.
I am 50, 6'1" at 174 lb's. Been crossfitting 2 years.
