Just read that article yesterday.
I try to make habit of drinking 16 oz of water as soon as I get up in the a.m. Throughout the day, I have to be mindful of hydration.
I drink a glass of water as soon as i get out of bed and i actually find this really helps my body get going and my stomach on the go before i hit the gym.
I found this keeps my morning routine in really great shape.
