Yup. That's it.
just one more thing regarding the weight. You need to remember that some of that initial drop in weight could have been water lost due to lower carb intake or glycogen depletion (due to stepping up CF intensity). If performance is not suffering and you think you might need some more leaning out keep the 1X fat.
