Hey Kevin, welcome aboard!

I'm currently working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for an A Grade Rugby side in South Australia. I've been incorporating quite a few CF style workouts into the team training sessions.

A word of advice - ir you're looking to put on some mass, rather than adding 'traditional weight training' to CrossFit, try employing the ME Black Box protocol and really knuckle down on your nutrition. The major difference between the guys who succeed in building mass and those that don't is what they put into their mouths.

There's plenty of great threads in this forum about both the ME Black Box protocol, and also the Zone diet.
