I just started Crossfit a week ago and I'm trying to use CF to train for the upcoming rugby season. I play for U of Maryland and we have a very competitive team and I'm hoping to make the move from B-side to A-side.

I'm a pretty lean guy so In addition to the WOD's I'm doing various O-lifts M-W-F in a weight gaining fashion (3 sets, 8-12 reps kind of deal) and some other various "traditional" weight lifting.
