A group of friends and I did this one at the gym:
3 rds
Run 30 sec on treadmill at 5-10 mph
10 DB Thrusters
10 Ball Slams
Rest 2 minutes
3 rds
Run 30 sec on treadmill at 5-10 mph
10 C&P
10 Squat Jumps
Rest 2 minutes
3 rds
Run 30 sec on treadmill at 5-10 mph
10 Snatch
10 squat Jump Ball Slams
