Went looking for some endurance work that wouldn't overwork the legs, especially the knees. Not sure I found it.
10K on the rowing machine in 42:15, setting 4, with some 8 - 10 minutes of rest (total) mixed in between Ks. 21:15/21:00 5K splits. Pulse 25-27/10 seconds.
40:00 seems like a good target for future efforts, particularly if I eliminate the rests. Form clearly needs work. I went numb the second half, not enough cushion on the backside. Blistered my left Achilles - good grief. Still, felt better than burpees :-)
