#1, get the ArmAid product to treat it with self-myofascial release(works better than anything else out there) 3x per day for 2-3 weeks till it starts getting better.

#2 Stretch you forearm extensors, flexors, biceps, triceps, and lats out 2-3x a day. Make it a 5 minute routine with switching from one to the next.

#3 Straight hangs from a pullup bar or rings. Use your feet on the ground if you lack strength. I find this is extremely therapeutic for elbow issues both anterior and posterior.
