Strength:
Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes:
2 Split Jerk + 6 Split Press 115lbs
5-6 Weighted chin up 40lb vest

Work Capacity:

AMRAP Close Grip Bench Press 180lbs
AMRAP C2B PullUps
Rest 2 Minutes

Core:
2 minutes total no wall handstand holds
5 minutes total legs at six inches hold
5 minutes total pushup plank
