Warm up : C2 rower
Snatch day today - technique only with an old weightlifter that has competed at national level
Front squats ladder starting at 40kg finishing at 100kg (total possibly 100reps)
Pure technique today checking start position and final position
From this we broke it down into different part and the last thing we did was full snatches. 3 reps per set, but they need to be good reps.
Even though we did not try to hit any fantastic weights today the mental and concentration parts were just a tiring as trying to hit a PR.
So today was a great day and we have taken allot with us from this session.
