you'll achieve your goal alot quicker if you just do SS for a few months or however long it takes you to get to 180 and then switch back to crossfit to loose the extra fat. unless there's a reason you need the metcon (metabolic conditioning) just focus on SS (if you must add in a metcon workout once a week; this will maintain the conditioning you already have so you wont have to worry about loosing any).
