I understand that since the long head of the biceps is no longer attached to the labrum that I can expect decreased stability but am hopeful that by strengthening the rotator cuff muscles I can compensate.

Thanks in advance
I have patients who have been to the Games and Regionals after I have performed biceps tenodesis with no complaints.
